How to Delete Your Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Build & Conquer account at any time. There are two ways to do so:

Option 1: From Within the Game

• Open the game and tap the Settings icon
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account
• Confirm your decision when prompted

Option 2: By Email

If you are unable to access the game, send an email to info@buildnconquer.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request" along with your in-game username.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials (email and password)
• Your game profile and username
• All game progress: buildings, army, resources, and research
• Combat history and reports
• Alliance membership and history
• Market transaction history
• In-game messages

What We May Retain

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may retain limited data for up to 30 days after deletion for legal and fraud prevention purposes. This includes:

• IP address logs (for fraud prevention)
• Payment transaction records (where required by law)

After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your progress cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
• If you are the leader of an alliance, leadership will be automatically transferred to the highest-ranking member.
