Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Build & Conquer ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

3. Account Rules

• You may only hold one account. Multiple accounts per player are prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Your username must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate third-party rights.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Fair Play

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or automation tools
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
• Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating attacks through multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Any form of cheating or hacking

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund of any purchases.

5. Conduct

You agree not to use the Game to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Post or transmit offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Spam other players or the in-game chat
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items or accounts

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

Command Points (CP), Commander's Pass, and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you for use within the Game only.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for virtual items except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time.

In-game currency and items may be lost or altered as a result of account termination for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, game mechanics, text, and software — is owned by BNC Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Game available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of data or game progress due to service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Game or its community. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNC Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
